Our affliated company Customer Service Mobile Academy (CSMA),  focuses primarily on "Raising the Bar for Customer Service Excellence" internationally by providing our clients with mobile courses that we bring to their front doors and are faciliated on site,  to enrich the knowledge of their teams working in the service industry and Hospitality & Tourism organizations.  

CSMA,  is also the founder for the First Annual St./Sint Maarten Customer Service Week held in November of 2017 and held in Saba in June of 2018, specially requested by, Tourism Commissioner, Bruce Zagers and the Director of Tourism, Glenn Holms.  The event is recognized all over the world for providing 1 week to 8 week conferences, that provides participants with a  vast array of accredited customer service driven courses that help participants take service standards to impeccable levels.    

TPI has recently launched a new division: Hosptiality & Tourism Consultancy. (HTC) focuses on supporting Tourism & Hospitality organizations with consultations, developing  their services, increasing their awareness and knowledge of travelors (i.e. tourist) priority needs and how to develop their organizations to increase Tourism to their destinations, utilizing Strategic Planning, Market Research and innovative Destination Attractions Strategies.
